TOMORROW from 7 – 9 pm is the annual Haunted Tour up Black Star Canyon! By lantern light, follow a mysterious guide through haunted oak woodland where ghosts from the 1800s are doomed to dwell. Hear stories about grizzly bears, wolves, and jaguars. There may be chance encounters with legendary heroes and villains along the way. Look for tarantulas, bats, and owls. Wear your favorite Halloween costume. Beware the mysterious spooks concealed within the Chaparral. This is a 2 miles round-trip on a semi-paved wide trail, fairly smooth terrain, some elevation gain. *WARNING: Gritty depictions of the morbid past are not appropriate for small children or the faint of heart.
