October 24 is Pumpkins and Pancakes, A Children’s Halloween Extravaganza (Crate and Barrel / Macy’s Home Store Wing South Coast Plaza) held from 8 am – 11 am. Children come in costume and will enjoy live music and entertainment. Guests will also enjoy a gourmet pancake breakfast, live animal show, face painting and arts and crafts. October 31st, HALLOWEEN, at downtown Huntington Beach (301 Main Street) is the Main Street Halloween Celebration. This event is for children of all ages. The event features games, haunted house, petting zoom pony rides, activity booths, a bounce house, costume contest and more! Children 12 years and under can trick-or-treat along Main Street and enter into a costume contest. Also, feel free to dress up your do and bring them along, the event it pet friendly! The event takes place from 5-9pm.

October 31, HALLOWEEN, The Five Crowns Hotel (3801 E. Coast Highway, Corona del Mar) Halloween celebration will feature a Murder Mystery Dinner complete with a special four-course prix-fixe menu created by Executive Chef Dennis Brask to be enjoyed while the drama of a new mystery unfolds. For the older kids, they also offer “Teen Scream,” a haunted house filled with thrills and chills. This ghoulish attraction has a separate entrance, but is included with the price of admission. $12/person (only $6/Member) ages 2 & up children under 2 free.
